Seperti dilapor Contact Music hari nie (9/3/2011), bintang 'Hot Shots!' tu mengaku ingin berkahwin dengan pokok sebab dia dah letih kerana sudah tiga kali gagal dalam rumahtangga.
"Saya ingin menikah dengan pokok kerana pernikahan konvensional dah tak sesuai untuk saya lagi," katanya.
Kali pertama Charlie bernikah dengan Donna Peele pada 1995. Pernikahan tu hanya bertahan sehingga 1996 saja.
Kali kedua Charlie menikah pula dengan Denise Richards pada 2002. Kerana mereka sering bertengkar, Charlie dan Denise bercerai juga akhirnya setelah bertahan selama 4 tahun.
Akhirnya Charlie menikah untuk kali ketiga dengan Brooke Mueller. Sekarang pun mereka sedang dalam proses perceraian.
